Ordering Online
Ordering from men-u 0nline is simple and convenient. Take your time browsing through the site. After selecting your product, click on "ADD TO CART" to place the product in your shopping cart, which appears on the right of your screen. Repeat this step for all the products you wish to purchase. At any time you can increase or decrease the quantities in your cart by clicking on the little box to the left of the item and then clicking on "increase" or "decrease" above. When you're finished, click on "CHECKOUT". Simply follow the prompts as to the shipping and billing options your prefer, enter your credit card information. Before submitting the order you will be able to review all information and to also increase or decrease the quantity of each item selected or remove any items if you've changed your mind. Submit your order and that's it!

Ordering by Telephone or Fax: If you would rather purchase your men-u products by telephone, please contact men-u Customer Care at 1-800-987-6790 between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm Central Time. Or, fax us your order at 1-312-987-9338. Please be sure to include your shipping address, billing address, phone number and credit card details.

When you place an order with men-u, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You can also check the status of your order and get shipping and tracking information by entering your password on the men-u site. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We ship all orders via UPS (United Parcel Service). You can choose from a variety of shipping options. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose. Check the table for our domestic shipping rates.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to street addresses, P.O. boxes within the 50 United States, APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses, U.S. Territories and to Canada. We're sorry, but expedited shipping methods are unavailable for P.O. boxes, US Territories and APO/FPO Military addresses. We ship via standard shipping only to these locations. Packages sent to military or Territorial addresses may be delayed by standard mail handling.

3-day, 2-day or overnight order processing
Expedited Orders received before 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time Friday, or on Saturday/Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Standard Ground Shipping order processing
Orders received before 4 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day.  Orders received after 4 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next day. Orders received after 4 p.m. Eastern Time Friday, or on Saturday/Sunday will be processed Monday.

Weekend delivery
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday.

Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii may require an additional one to two days. We ship Standard Ground Shipping via the US Postal Service for a flat rate of $4.99 for all orders $39.98 or less.

Please note: orders for $39.99 or more in the USA are delivered for FREE.

Canada, Puerto Rico & Mexico
If you live in Canada, Puerto Rico or Mexico, we ship Standard Ground Shipping via the US Postal Service for a flat rate of $8.99 for all orders. Shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico or Mexico may require an additional one to two days to ship.

We strive to keep delivery costs as low as possible while ensuring the quick and safe delivery of customer's purchases.  We don't charge a handling fee. And, we pass on our delivery discounts directly to you.

Return Policy and Guarantee
We absolutely believe in all our products and are confident you will become a satisfied long-term user of men-u! Therefore we guarantee all our products and would like you to try them at no risk - if you are not completely satisfied with any of the products purchased from this website, you can return them for a full refund. Simply return the item within 30 days of receipt, enclosing your original receipt and unused product (please make sure that the bottle contains at least 75% of its original content). Write on the receipt why you are returning the item. If you receive a damaged product, please return it within 30 days (enclose your original receipt) and we'll be happy to send you a replacement product at no additional shipping charges.

Missing Items
For missing items, get in touch with us immediately by clicking here if your order is missing any products or the wrong items were sent. We'll find out what happened to your order within two working days and we'll get them to you ASAP or give you the option of a full refund of the missing items.

Sales Tax
men-u is required by law to collect 8.75% sales tax on orders shipped to the state of Illinois.

Privacy Policy
men-u is very serious and committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you to process your order and provide the best possible service. The type of information we need to process your order includes your name, postal address, email address and credit / debit card details (these are not stored on our system, they are used only when entered at the time of ordering to process the transaction).

We will never sell or pass on your details to any other party. Ever!
