Looking
and feeling your best goes deeper than men's grooming routines and
products. It's obviously important to keep oneself in shape - both
physically and mentally. Despite the fact that there is a mind boggling
amount of information out there, we all know that the foundation of
looking and feeling our best starts with a healthy diet and regular
exercise. Both of these activities can also help with skin and hair. Diet
- to include the right vitamins and minerals. Eat plenty of fresh fruit
and vegetables and drink 2 litres of water a day. Do not smoke and keep
your alcohol intake low. Regular exercise and keeping stress levels under control is extremely important as is a good sleep pattern.
